A Polish painting company needed accommodation for six painters in Lysekil — at short notice. The enquiry came in on 15 July. Two days later the crew picked up the keys, and on the 19th everyone moved in.
The starting point
The project was booked but the accommodation unresolved. Six people were heading to Lysekil for several weeks, and a hotel for an entire crew is neither practical nor economically sustainable. The company needed furnished apartments with room for everyone — and a daily routine that works from day one: kitchen, laundry and Wi-Fi.
From enquiry to keys
- 15 July: The enquiry came in — location, number of people and period.
- 17 July: Agreement in place and keys collected, less than 72 hours after first contact.
- 19 July: The whole crew moved in.
The numbers
- 6 people on the team
- 72 hours from enquiry to keys
- 4 days from enquiry to move-in
- 1 agreement, one contact and one invoice per month
Why it went so fast
The model is built for exactly this: furnished apartments that are already move-in ready, clear terms with no surprises and a single point of contact who owns the whole chain. For the customer that means one agreement instead of six, one invoice per month instead of hotel nights — and a team that can focus on the project instead of the accommodation.
